Dr. Ujwal Yeole has over five years of experience in Neurosurgery. He has completed his Mch from the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bengaluru (NIMHANS). During his residency training, he organized OPDs, wards, ICUs, and emergency departments with his visionary, enthusiastic outlook, and commendable leadership skills. He assisted and operated a variety of simple to complex neurosurgical cases. He has also completed a one-year training in Surgical Neuro-Oncology as a Clinical Fellow at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
He is surgically apt to perform all kinds of trauma & emergency, vascular, spinal, pediatric, neuro-endoscopy, and oncology after completing more than 1000 cases in the last five years. He supervised and guided more than 30 neurosurgery trainees at this time. He is well-read, published, and has presented posters and papers in various forums nationally and internationally. He had delivered a lecture as an invited speaker in Walter Dandy meet Nepal in 2019. He was one of the three stipulated candidates amongst thousands of applicants globally for a prestigious Leksell Radiosurgery Fellowship for 2020 in UPMC, Pittsburgh, the USA by Leksell Gamma Knife Radiosurgery Society.
