Dr Manan Gujarathi, well known orthopaedic surgeon practicing in Dombivli has now joined us as a full time consultant in Orthopaedics.
Dr. Manan's areas of expertise are Joint Replacement and Fracture surgery.
Dr. Manan's core competencies include long bone fractures, Minimally Invasive Surgery and he is proficient in Muscle sparing short incision SUBVASTUS knee replacement.
Dr. Manan pursued double postgraduation in 2008, doing D'Orth and DNB Orth, from one of the best institutions for post-graduation in Orthopedics in the country: Dr GSKulkarnis Hospital, Miraj.
He holds the remarkable feat of passing both exams, theory and practical's, in the first attempt.
After post-graduation, Dr. Manan worked as Registrar in Orthopaedics at Rajawadi Municipal hospital Ghatkopar,
Followed by Fellowship training under top joint replacement surgeons worldwide: including Dr. Dirk Baumann (Germany), Prof Dr KJ Oh MD PhD (Seoul) and Dr Nilen Shah (Mumbai)
Between fellowships, Dr. Manan worked as a clinical associate under top surgeons from Fortis and Seven Hills hospitals in 2013-14: broadening his exposure to complex surgeries in Orthopaedics.
Having obtained these qualifications and work experience under his belt, Dr Manan has been working as a Consultant Surgeon in Orthopaedics and Joint Replacement since 2014, treating patients across well-known hospitals in Dombivli and Kalyan such as SRV Mamata, Sparsh, Manav Kalyan Kendra and Gujarathi hospital.
