Dr Madhumita Ghosh is a result oriented Clinical Psychologist, rendering services for past three decades and more of clinical experience with renowned hospitals, medical colleges, mental health institutions, and social service agencies, schools (normal and special care). To her credit she has acquired a string of experiences in the field of Psychology in applied & teaching.
In the field of psychology her expertise in teaching at under graduate & post graduate level in universities & management institutes, dealing with subjects -research methodology, organisational behaviour & managerial skills, or Psychology syllabus. She has served as a Visiting Faculty member in medical colleges, nursing college, Management Institutions.
She is an expert in identifying, intervention, diagnosis and treating the mentally disturbed or ill, by conducting psychometric assessments, certifying (with a CAA strategy) or by applying the therapeutic strategies.
She has dealt with problems like mental disorders, levels of mental sub normality, scholastic backwardness & learning disabilities with Normal Schools & Special Care Centres. She has also been involved with student at the management institute level. She also deals with psychosomatic disorders, marital disharmony, job-stress, family discord, career guidance & vocational placements, grief counselling, or even substance abuse, etc as an empanelled Consultant with tertiary hospitals.
Her clientele measures right from conception to death, in other words she deals with adjustment problems at any age level & in any setting that needs a professional opinion for a systematic rehabilitation and recovery. Her services are solution-oriented. Her motto is “Dealing & Healing”
She has always extended voluntary services to some of the private Care Centers to terminally ill patients-(suffering from Cancer), Home for senior citizens, Orphanages and home for mentally challenged etc, rehabilitating long-stay patients into the community was part of her skills.
