More Than 1500 Women Administered COVID19 Vaccine For Free At Fortis Hospitals On Womens Day

New Delhi: Celebrating International Womens Day, Fortis Healthcare – one of the largest healthcare providers in India, vaccinated more than 1500 women for free across their network. The candidates were selected as per government specified qualifiers. The vaccination took place in Delhi, NOIDA, Faridabad, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Mohali, Jaipur and Ludhiana.

Sharing her experience, daughter of a 66-year-old senior citizen said, “This is a great initiative undertaken by Fortis Healthcare to provide free vaccinations to women across India on the occasion of International Womens Day. I urge everyone to get themselves vaccinated. My mother is elderly and a patient of rheumatoid arthritis, often in pain with frozen shoulders. The hospital staff was empathetic of her condition and the vaccination process was smooth and efficient. Every woman sitting in the room was filled with positivity and warmth”.
